Preventative measures in response to Covid-19, and the stress it is bringing to families, is having significant impact. And for those families struggling with parental addiction, or those healing from its impact on the family, there are multiple techniques for all parents, but are especially helpful to those living with the added chaos and emotional upheaval when parental addiction is also present.  One way is to create a healthy diet of centering, mindfulness, and exercise for the kids & teens.
